Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 September 2026. By accessing or using Atlas Trader (“Atlas,” “the system,” “the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Informational use only — not financial advice
Atlas provides educational and informational content about markets, paper strategies, research tools, and simulated performance. None of this is financial advice. Atlas does not provide investment, trading, brokerage, fiduciary, tax, accounting, or legal advice. No output — including but not limited to BUY/SELL/HOLD labels, LONG/SHORT leans, ratings, stops, risk scores, Congress/Pelosi signals, crypto scans, chat replies, SMS/email alerts, ideas, flow ranks, or portfolio hints — should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, cryptoasset, or other instrument.
2. Paper / simulated trading only
Unless you separately connect an unaffiliated third-party brokerage (which this product does not do for you), all trading activity inside Atlas is simulated or paper. Simulated results can differ materially from live trading. Past simulated performance does not predict future results.
3. Use entirely at your own risk
You use Atlas, and any information derived from it, entirely at your own risk. Markets are volatile. You may lose some or all capital if you choose to trade elsewhere based on anything you see here. You are solely responsible for your decisions, compliance with applicable laws, and any brokerage, tax, or regulatory obligations.
4. No responsibility / no liability whatsoever
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators, owners, hosts, authors, contributors, affiliates, and providers of Atlas take no responsibility whatsoever if you use the system in any way. This includes, without limitation, no responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage — including lost profits, lost data, trading losses, opportunity cost, business interruption, or reputational harm — arising out of or relating to:
- access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on Atlas or its outputs;
- errors, delays, outages, bugs, incomplete data, biased news, model mistakes, or third-party feed failures;
- any action you take or omit based on Atlas content, alerts, or teammate activity;
- unauthorized access, team invites, email delivery failures, or credential misuse;
- any other use of the system in any manner.
You expressly waive and release any claims against the parties above arising from such use, to the maximum extent the law allows.
5. No warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Data from Yahoo, RSS news, Congress disclosure sites, GMGN, or other sources may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete.
6. Accounts, team access, and data
You must keep credentials confidential and use invite emails only for authorized teammates. Desk memory, paper books, and logs may be stored on the server (for example SQLite and brain files). Do not upload secrets you are not allowed to store. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or operational need.
7. Third-party services
Atlas may call third-party APIs and mail providers. Their terms and availability are outside our control. Links or panels referencing Congress disclosures, news outlets, or crypto scanners are for context only.
8. Acceptance
Continued use of Atlas constitutes acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement that: (a) the content is not financial advice; (b) you use all information at your own risk; and (c) operators take no responsibility whatsoever for any use of the system.
